With both in person and virtual coaching available, Catrina meets you wherever you’re at on your wellness journey. Her training combines body positive movement coaching with health coaching, wrapped up in deep respect and understanding of her clients’ mental health.

Over time, clients develop strong, sustainable foundations mentally, physically and emotionally that inspire wellness in all aspects of life; both inside and outside the gym.

CONNECT:

We get to know each other. Our conversations and assessments help me understand your history, your health (and your relationship to it) and where you would like to go. You are also introduced to our Conscious Fitness community, which is made up of some of the friendliest and strongest folks on the North Shore.

BUILD:

We work together to set goals and co-create a sustainable lifestyle plan that works for you. I give you the accountability and education you need to navigate your fitness space of choice and to develop the habits that strengthen your body and mind.

IMPLEMENT + repeat:

Armed with wellness tools, you implement new strategies to reach your goals with your coach alongside you every step of the way. We regularly check in and repeat the cycle as new goals present themselves.

Catrina is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, and an
Institute of Motion Applied Health and Human Performance Specialist with over seven years experience. She is currently coaching in North Vancouver, BC while working towards a Masters of Counselling Psychology to continue to build her holistic, mental health-focussed approach to personal training.
